Eye injection could replace cornea transplants for swollen corneas

Summary
This study tests a single injection of AURN001 in 120 adults with corneal swelling caused by endothelial dysfunction, a condition that often requires a cornea transplant. The goal is to see if the injection improves vision by at least 3 lines on an eye chart and reduces corneal thickness at 6 months, compared to a placebo. Participants must already have an artificial lens in the eye and have vision between 20/50 and 20/800.
