Summary

This study looks at whether taking aspirin in a specific pattern can help prevent colorectal cancer in people who already have growths called adenomas. Aspirin may block certain enzymes that help cancer cells grow. The trial involves 81 adults with colorectal adenomas and measures changes in cell growth and death markers in the colon lining.
