NCT ID NCT07137572
Summary
This study tested whether participating in arts activities like theater, dance, music, or museum visits could improve mental health. Over 500 adults in Greece with conditions like depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia were randomly assigned to either join weekly arts sessions for 12 weeks or wait for the program. Researchers measured changes in depression, anxiety, and overall wellbeing to see if the arts activities helped.
