Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called ARO-APOC3 in 229 adults with severely high triglycerides (a type of blood fat). Participants received two injections of the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to see if the drug safely lowers triglyceride levels after 24 weeks, with follow-up through 48 weeks.
