Summary

This study compares two treatment combinations for adults with psoriatic arthritis who did not get enough relief from methotrexate alone. One group will receive apremilast plus methotrexate, the other adalimumab plus methotrexate. Researchers will measure joint and skin disease activity, as well as daily function, over the study period.
