Summary

This study will test whether taking apple cider vinegar every day for a short time changes the chemistry of urine in adults. Researchers want to see if it can increase citrate (a natural stone blocker) and reduce substances that form kidney stones. The study includes 30 adults, some with a history of calcium oxalate kidney stones and some without.
