NCT ID NCT06648928
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app called PTSD Coach, with or without brief remote sessions with a clinician, can reduce PTSD, anxiety, depression, and sleep problems in 120 World Trade Center responders living in Florida. Participants will be randomly assigned to use the app with clinician support, use it on their own, or join a waitlist. The goal is to find a scalable, language-friendly way to help responders who still struggle with mental health symptoms years after the attacks.
