Summary
This study aims to roll out and test a smartphone app called CONEMO to help adults manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and insomnia. It will involve over 12,000 people who use primary healthcare services in two Brazilian cities. The goal is to see how well this proven digital tool works in real-world clinics and what helps or hinders its use.
