Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help young people aged 14 to 35 with alcohol or cocaine use disorder strengthen their self-control. Participants will use the app for short training sessions over a month, plus booster sessions. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and if it can help reduce substance use. The study involves 210 participants from specialized treatment centers.
