Summary
This study tests whether a continuous apomorphine pump can reduce muscle stiffness and improve comfort for people with advanced Parkinson's disease who are nearing the end of life. The trial will enroll 80 patients receiving home hospital care. The goal is to ease suffering and improve quality of life for patients, families, and caregivers.
