Summary
People with Parkinson's disease often struggle with walking, and their brains have trouble learning new movement skills. Researchers want to know if adding aerobic exercise or resistance exercise after gait training helps them learn and remember walking tasks better than gait training alone. The trial will assign about 70 participants to one of four groups: aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, conventional physical therapy, or a control group. Everyone receives 12 sessions of gait training, and researchers measure walking, thinking, and brain activity before, during, and after the program.

Inclusion Criteria: * Idiopathic Parkinson's Disease * Able to follow instructions to perform the tasks * The Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MoCA ≥ 20 * Be able to walk independently with or without devices for at least 10 meters Exclusion Criteria: * Has deep brain stimulation or pacemaker implanted in their body * A self-history of seizure * A family-history of epilepsy * Pregnancy * Uncontrolled medical conditions * Unstable cardiovascular diseases * Has other neurological or psychological disorders in addition to Parkinson's Disease
