Summary
This study tests whether a daily collagen supplement called AP-Brain can improve attention, focus, and memory in adults aged 35-70 who are stressed but otherwise healthy. Seventy-two participants will take either a higher or lower dose for 56 days and complete memory tasks and stress surveys. Researchers will also monitor brain activity and side effects to see if the supplement makes a real difference.
