New computer program aims to ease anxiety in seniors with memory loss

Summary

This study tests whether a computer-based program can reduce anxiety in older adults with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease, and also help their care partners feel less burdened. About 388 pairs (patient and care partner) will take part. The program involves two sessions and follow-ups over six months, comparing it to a health education group.
