Summary
This study compares two antibiotic plans for adults having pancreatic surgery. One group gets a single dose of cefazolin before surgery, while the other gets a longer regimen. The goal is to see if the single dose works just as well to prevent infections. 558 participants will be followed for 30 days after surgery.
