Summary
This study is testing whether following an anti-inflammatory diet for four months can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve physical health and thinking skills. Researchers will compare people on the special diet to a control group following their usual eating habits. The study also aims to see if an AI tool can detect changes in mental health by analyzing a person's speech and body language.
