Summary

This study looks at whether a newer type of nerve block, called the anterior iliac block, can provide longer pain relief and higher satisfaction for people having groin hernia repair. About 80 adults aged 18-65 will receive this block along with spinal anesthesia. Researchers will measure how long pain relief lasts, pain scores, opioid use, and patient satisfaction.
