Summary

This study tested whether simple ankle exercises could provide quick relief for people with chronic knee pain. Researchers compared ankle exercises against standard knee exercises in 114 adults with knee pain lasting over six months. The goal was to see if working the ankle could improve knee joint awareness and reduce pain levels.
