Summary
This study compares a drug called Angiotensin II to standard blood pressure medicines in 30 adults with liver disease (cirrhosis) who have a dangerous drop in blood pressure from severe infection. The goal is to see if Angiotensin II helps the heart and blood vessels work together better. Participants will be monitored for 24 hours using heart ultrasound and blood pressure readings.
