Summary

This study tests a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase, given directly into the brain artery, for people having a medium-sized stroke. About 488 adults will be randomly assigned to get the drug or standard care. The goal is to see if the drug helps more people recover with little or no disability after 90 days.
