New study aims to catch anal cancer early in PrEP users

Summary
This study looks at how common anal cancer risk signs are in HIV-negative men who have sex with men (MSM) using PrEP. About 300 participants will answer health questions, provide an anal swab, and undergo a special exam called High-Resolution Anoscopy. The goal is to see how well swabs detect early changes and how these changes affect quality of life.
