NCT ID NCT07029152
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at anal cancer risk in men who have sex with men (MSM) who take PrEP to prevent HIV. Researchers want to find out how common high-grade anal lesions are, how well anal swabs detect them, and how these lesions affect quality of life. About 296 participants will answer health questions, provide anal swabs, and undergo a special exam called High-Resolution Anoscopy. The goal is to improve screening and understanding of anal cancer in this group.
