Summary

This study tests if the drug anakinra can help people with long COVID who have ongoing breathing issues and signs of an overactive immune system. About 182 adults will receive either anakinra or a placebo for up to 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug improves lung function, reduces lung scarring, and prevents hospital visits.
