Your phone could help detect Alzheimer's years before symptoms appear
NCT ID NCT04701177
Summary
This large observational study aims to find better ways to detect Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases at their earliest stages, before significant symptoms develop. Researchers will enroll up to 100,000 participants aged 45 and older, using smartphone apps and wearable devices to track subtle changes in memory, movement, and daily activities over time. The goal is to identify digital patterns that signal disease risk, helping future research develop earlier interventions.
