Summary
This study is a long-term registry that will follow about 2,000 people with mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will collect information during routine doctor visits to learn more about how the disease progresses and how well current treatments work. No new drugs or treatments are being tested—the goal is simply to observe and gather data.
