Summary

This study tested a digital tool that scans electronic health records to find older adults who may have undetected memory problems or early Alzheimer's disease. Over 3,400 patients aged 65 and older from primary care clinics took part. The goal was to see if the tool could help identify these individuals and encourage them to get further cognitive testing and connect with research opportunities.
