Scientists seek blood test clues to predict Alzheimer's brain changes

Summary
This study aims to create a large database to understand how simple blood tests and digital measurements relate to the buildup of harmful proteins in the brain, as seen on specialized scans. It will enroll 1,200 older adults who are cognitively normal, have mild memory issues, or have mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's dementia. The goal is to gather information that could help develop easier and earlier ways to detect and track the disease in the future.
