Summary
This study looks at whether being treated at a high-altitude hospital affects survival for children with acute respiratory distress syndrome (severe lung failure). Researchers will collect data from 1,600 children in intensive care units around the world. The goal is to understand how altitude and hospital resources impact outcomes and to improve care recommendations.
