Summary

This study looked at whether alternative treatments—external qigong, mindfulness meditation, or psychoeducation—can reduce anxiety and depression in college students. 55 students were randomly assigned to one of the three groups. Researchers measured changes in symptoms and whether students felt more likely to stay in college.
