Summary

This study tests whether taking iron pills every other day works as well as taking them daily for people with iron deficiency anemia. About 114 adults will take either a daily or an alternate-day dose for 8 weeks. Researchers will check blood levels and side effects to see if the less frequent dosing is a better option.
