Summary

This study looked at whether taking oral iron every second day with a double dose helps the body absorb more iron and raise hemoglobin faster than taking the standard dose every day. 29 adults with iron deficiency took part. The goal was to find a better dosing schedule to treat iron deficiency more quickly.
