First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study is testing a wearable sensor called Actimyo to measure walking and arm movement in people with ALS and healthy volunteers. About 20 ALS patients will wear the sensor for one month after each clinic visit, over a year. The goal is to see if the sensor can track disease changes in daily life, which could help future care and research.
