Summary
This study looks at whether eating almonds every day for 12 weeks can improve gut health and lower inflammation in people with metabolic syndrome. About 80 adults aged 35-60 with conditions like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, or unhealthy cholesterol levels will participate. Researchers will measure changes in gut barrier function, inflammation markers, and heart health.
