Summary
This study looks at whether eating almonds every day for 12 weeks can help people with metabolic syndrome by improving gut health and lowering inflammation. About 80 adults aged 35-60 with signs of metabolic syndrome will participate. Researchers will measure changes in gut barrier function, inflammatory markers, cholesterol, and vitamin E levels.
