Summary
This study tests a program called ALIGN, designed to help adults with spina bifida better manage their health tasks like scheduling appointments and handling insurance. The program includes six virtual group sessions and one individual session. Researchers will see if the program is practical and helpful for 24 adults with spina bifida.
