First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new imaging method called Al18F-NOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT or PET/MRI to see if it can better detect and guide treatment for malignant tumors, heart problems, and autoimmune diseases like hyperthyroidism. About 600 adults will receive the imaging agent and be monitored for safety and accuracy. The goal is to improve diagnosis and treatment planning without providing a direct cure.
