Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug called ALTA2618 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like breast or endometrial cancer) that have a specific AKT1 E17K gene change. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 110 people who have tried other treatments without success will take part.
