Summary

This study looked at how air pollution and different types of exercise affect thinking skills in 93 healthy adults aged 20-30. Participants did either high-intensity interval training, moderate aerobic exercise, or stretching, with some using air purifiers. Researchers measured changes in brain function, blood flow, and related biomarkers to see if cleaner air makes exercise better for the brain.
