Summary

This study looks at how air pollution and the body's internal clock interact to worsen asthma symptoms, especially at night. Researchers will compare 20 adults with severe asthma to healthy volunteers, measuring air pollutants and tiny molecules called microRNAs in their lungs over 48 hours. The goal is to understand why asthma often gets worse at night and how pollution plays a role.
