AI heart test could replace Needle-Based procedure for stent decisions

Summary
This study compares a new AI-driven method that analyzes angiogram images to a standard invasive test that uses a pressure wire inside the heart artery. Both tests help doctors decide if a stent is needed. About 2,100 adults with coronary artery disease will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see if the AI method is as good at preventing future heart problems like heart attacks or the need for repeat procedures.
