Summary

This study tests whether using artificial intelligence (AI) to screen for diabetic eye disease during regular primary care visits helps more people get timely eye exams and follow-up care. About 1,700 adults with diabetes who haven't had an eye exam in the past year will take part. The goal is to catch eye problems early and prevent vision loss.
