Summary

This study tests whether using artificial intelligence (AI) to screen for diabetic eye disease during regular primary care visits helps more people get the eye exams they need. About 1700 adults with diabetes who haven't had an eye exam in the past year will take part. The goal is to catch eye problems early and prevent vision loss.
