Summary
This study tests whether an AI system (Dermalyser) can help primary care doctors better tell skin cancer from harmless moles. About 3000 adults in five countries will take part. Doctors in some clinics will use the AI as a decision aid, while others will follow standard care. The goal is to see if the AI leads to earlier cancer detection and fewer unnecessary removals or referrals.
