AI breathing coach may help menopause pain without drugs
NCT ID NCT07302750
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether relaxation and breathing exercises—guided by a physiotherapist or an AI system—can reduce pain and improve quality of life in postmenopausal women with long-lasting muscle and joint pain. About 48 women aged 45 to 65 will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: in-person coaching, AI-assisted audio sessions, or usual care. The goal is to see if a convenient, home-based AI tool can offer similar benefits to in-person training.
