First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether high-intensity functional exercise programs can help postmenopausal women improve their physical performance, balance, and overall well-being. 40 women aged 50-65 who had not had a period for at least 12 months took part. The exercises were short but intense, mimicking daily activities, and were supervised by healthcare professionals. The goal was to see if this type of training could reduce menopause-related problems like muscle weakness and fatigue.
