AI steps in to Fine-Tune cancer radiation doses
NCT ID NCT05802186
Summary
This study is testing whether artificial intelligence (AI) software can help doctors determine the best radiation dose for each patient's lung tumor. It aims to see if this personalized approach can better control the cancer and reduce side effects compared to standard dosing. About 70 adults with primary or metastatic lung cancer will receive a precise form of radiation therapy guided by the AI's recommendations.
