First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can help doctors spot precancerous growths in the upper part of the colon during a colonoscopy. About 1,200 people with symptoms like belly pain, constipation, or black stools will take part. The goal is to see if using AI leads to finding more of these early warning signs, which could help prevent colon cancer.
