AI vs. paper: can a smartphone app ease arthritis pain?
NCT ID NCT07246811
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that uses artificial intelligence to create personalized exercise plans can help people with rheumatoid arthritis move their knees better and feel less pain. It will compare the AI app to traditional paper exercise instructions and to basic care. About 150 adults with mild-to-moderate arthritis will be followed for six months to see which approach works best.
