Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week supervised aerobic exercise program can improve brain blood flow, thinking skills, and walking in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare 40 participants who either exercise or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if exercise can ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
