Summary
This study reviews medical records of 300 adults who had endoscopic or surgical removal of rectal tumors between 2015 and 2025. Researchers want to see if newer endoscopic methods are as safe and effective as traditional surgery. The goal is to help doctors choose the best approach for each patient.
