Summary
This study aims to understand how oxidative stress and the body's antioxidant defenses work in early stages of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Researchers will measure various biomarkers in blood and urine, and use MRI to measure kidney size. The goal is to find early signs of kidney damage that could help guide future treatments. The study involves 40 participants aged 18-30 with ADPKD and good kidney function.
