Summary

This study looks at how the body handles stress and damage in the early stages of a genetic kidney disease called ADPKD. Researchers will measure certain substances in blood and urine from 40 adults aged 18-30. The goal is to find markers that could help track the disease better in the future. No treatments or drugs are tested.
