First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study aims to find out if certain substances in urine and blood can help measure how severe kidney disease is in people with early autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Researchers will collect samples from 60 participants aged 15 to 40 and use MRI to measure kidney size. The goal is to better understand the disease and potentially improve future monitoring.
