Summary
This study tests a program to help 800 adults in Africa better control their high blood pressure. The program works with patients, doctors, and the health system to lower blood pressure and reduce risks of heart disease, stroke, and kidney problems. Participants must have high blood pressure, be 18-70 years old, and own a smartphone.
